- Flatten both slices of the brioche with your hands.
- Spread a thin layer of mincemeat onto one slice of brioche.
- Sandwich with second slice of brioche.
- Place in the Dualit Classic Sandwich Cage.
- Toast for 20 to 30 seconds or until lightly golden (caution: it will be hot!) then unplug your toaster.
- Cut in half to serve and lightly dust with a mix of icing sugar and ground cinnamon.
