- Drizzle oil or spread butter on each slice of bread
- Place one slice of bread oil side down on the Sandwich Cage 
- Lay the slices of corned beef on the bread
- Spread or add the pickle onto the corned beef
- Take the second slice of bread and place on top, oil side up
- Toast for 3 minutes or until golden brown
