Kachumber Salad
Kachumber is a fresh and flavourful Indian dish consisting of cucumber, tomato, onion, chilli, coriander and lime. The Kachumber is ideal to serve as a refreshing side to a curry dish but it also works as a crunchy dip or a tasty addition to wraps and burgers.

We used the Dualit Hand Blender to create this quick and easy Indian side dish.
Ingredients
- ¼ cucumber
- 1 large ripe tomato
- ¼ red onion
- ½ green chilli
- 2 tsp chopped coriander
- Juice of 1 lime
Method
- Chop the tomato and cucumber into rough quarters and place in the Hand Blender chopper bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend until all the ingredients are chopped and mixed together.
