A healthy, sugar free dessert which can be whipped up in minutes.

 

Ingredients

  • a large, very ripe mango, peeled and stoned
  • 4 tablespoons of Greek set yoghurt
  • Cubed papaya, or slices of kiwi fruit (optional)

 

Method

Place both ingredients in the mini chopper and whiz until you have a smooth cream.

Serve in pretty little bowls, topped with the fruit.
