"We have had our Dualit toaster for several years but it had stopped toasting quite so effectively. Noted that the elements could be replaced. Ordered end and centre elements at same time as other reviewers had said they were fiddly to fit. They were very fiddly, but now toaster is back and working well again. NOTE THAT REQUIRED SPANNER IS NOT INCLUDED WITH ELEMENTS. We had to find a workaround from some very old tools."
