This strawberry lemonade recipe is the perfect partner for a day in the sunshine. Sit back and relax whilst sipping on this refreshing beverage. Topped with ice, fresh strawberries and a mint garnish, our strawberry lemonade is a delightful treat.

Ingredients
  • 1 punnet of strawberries
  • 2 whole lemons
  • 1 tbsp caster sugar
  • 6-8 ice cubes
  • 300ml of water
  • Mint (to serve)
  • Strawberries (to serve)
  • Ice cubes (to serve)

Method
  1. Begin by semi-freezing your strawberries. Half an hour in a bag or tub will do.
  2. Slice each lemon into six pieces.
  3. Using the Dualit VortecS Blender, blend the strawberries, lemons, water and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add a few ice cubes to two glasses and pour the blended mixture.
  5. Garnish with a strawberry on the side of the glass and a sprig of fresh mint.
