Ingredients
1 punnet of strawberries
2 whole lemons
1 tbsp caster sugar
6-8 ice cubes
300ml of water
Mint (to serve)
Strawberries (to serve)
Ice cubes (to serve)

Method
Begin by semi-freezing your strawberries. Half an hour in a bag or tub will do.
Slice each lemon into six pieces.
Using the Dualit VortecS Blender
Add a few ice cubes to two glasses and pour the blended mixture.
Garnish with a strawberry on the side of the glass and a sprig of fresh mint.
