Ingredients

  • 2 apples
  • ½ a beetroot (raw and unpeeled)
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 parsnip
  • ¼ lemon (unwaxed and unpeeled)

 

Method

Quite simply - juice everything!

This juice is full of root vegetables which are slow growing and therefore packed with nutrients including potassium and magnesium. Beetroot is one of nature's best blood builders and cleansers, helping to reduce blood pressure by reducing hardening of the arteries. Parsnips are packed with potassium and help reduce blood pressure too.
