Monica Galetti's Papaya Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 200g ripe papaya (or any soft fruit)
  • 150g Greek yoghurt
  • 200ml milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • Pinch of ginger powder
  • Lime juice

Method

  1. Scrape out the seeds of the papaya and blitz using the Dualit Hand Blender.
  2. Add Greek yoghurt, milk, honey and ginger.
  3. Blend until it has a smooth consistency.
  4. Add a drop of lime juice.
  5. Serve with a pinch of ginger and a light grating of lime zest.
