Mango and Coconut Smoothie

If the mango is not soft and ripe, strain the smoothie through a large-meshed sieve into a jug to make it ultra-smooth.



  • 100 ml (3 fl oz) coconut milk
  • 100 ml (3 fl oz) semi-skimmed milk
  • 2 small scoops mango or vanilla ice-cream
  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and sliced


Place all the ingredients in the blender and blitz until creamy. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
