Ingredients

  • 200g Greek yoghurt
  • 50g coriander leaves (no stalks)
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • salt

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients in the medium bowl fitted with its chopping blade and whiz until the coriander leaves are lovely flecks of green.
  2. Serve immediately.
