Small but perfectly formed
We've used the Dualit Hand Mixer with flatbeater attachment to whip up this simple and delicious batter for waffles! Whether you're looking for an easy breakfast, brunch or midnight snack, this is the recipe for you.
1.Place the eggs, milk, cooled melted butter, sugar, baking powder, vanilla extract and half of the flour into a large mixing bowl.
2. Using the Hand Mixer with flat beater attachment, mix the ingredients together until a smooth consistency is reached, and then add the remaining flour. Mix well until a "double cream" consistency is achieved.
3. Allow the mixture to sit and settle for 30 minutes, giving it a little stir just before use. Then pour into your waffle maker and cook until golden brown.
