- Peel and chop the apples into small identical pieces and place
in a bowl.
- Stir in sugar and cinnamon cover and allow to marinate.
- Unroll and cut the pastry into 4 equal squares.
- Spoon the marinated apple into the middle of each square.
- Brush the pastry around the apple with melted butter and fold
over into a triangle pressing down the edges together.
- Make 2 or 3 cuts across the top of the pastry and brush with
melted butter.
- Place in the preheated airfryer, turning over half way.
Top tips: Smaller pastries can be made in place of 4 larger. Try
filling with nutella, or spinach and feta cheese for a savoury
change.
