Dualit's Espresso Coffee Machine is fast, easy to use, makes consistently good coffee and won't take too much space on your worktop. If you need your morning coffee to be coffee shop standard but without the fuss; this is the machine for you.

We offer certain spare parts for the majority of our products. In the unlikely event that you need a spare part, you'll find a selection of spares for your product in our support section.

Please expect a delay in deliveries over the Black Friday offer period. With orders placed by 2pm Monday to Thursday or 12pm on Fridays for standard stocked items, the order will be shipped (leave our warehouse) on the same day. Orders placed after these times will be shipped on the next working day. If an order includes a 'made to order' item, the entire order will be shipped when complete; this may take up to 21 working days. Dualit's working days are Monday to Friday.

All Dualit appliances, bought directly from us, come with a hassle-free domestic, one-year guarantee period. If replacement parts are fitted to the product this will not extend the period of the guarantee. The guarantee covers both parts and labour but carriage is not included.

Included in the box is a water softener bag to help soften the water to reduce the limescale build-up in your coffee machine.

So disappointed.

"Makes excellent coffee to begin with but after a few months of use despite, descaling (even though we have soft water) and careful cleaning, it stops functioning. It leaks, hot water comes from steam wand when should be coming from the shower head, and if you get as far as actually making coffee, the frother fails to froth because there is so much water, not steam coming through the steam wand."

Dreadful. Not what I consider Dualit quality.

"Bought a refurbished one,marked excellent. I am a dualit fan, have had dualit toasters, still have, dualit kettles, dualit coffee grinder, you name it. I was surprised to be handed a soaking wet box, water must have been left in. Set the machine in order, followed the instructions and ……nothing happened Second time round, coffee came out but frother didn’t froth. Came back to find the water had soaked the worktop. Definitely not Dualit standard. Cheap plastic."

Eventually pleased!

"I am finally pleased with my machine after it took me 4 days eventually to get coffee to come through. After lots of investigation I discovered that the screws were too tight in the filter cups and that the ese pods only work in the single cup filter and not the two cup filter as stated in the instructions! I can now get good coffee with both ground and pods!"

Good coffee, but fiddly

"Replacing a long line of 889s, this new model is a real curate's egg...strong pressure makes good espresso but everything else a backward step. The main sieve always leaks when warming cups (but ok with coffee if very tight); steam wand emits hot water for 3 secs before steam, so need a separate jug to catch it before using milk jug; grounds hard to extract even with knock-box. Overall, a much messier procedure but does make fine flat white."

"Realy sorry to say ,I had to return. Machine was faulty. Great customer service easy return. Awaiting refund,as decided not to have replacement as not as substantial as my old machine, from Dualit.will look at the more substantial machines from dualit."

Good coffee shame about the leaky frothing wand

"Compact machine & makes good coffee. Had it for well over 12 months now but get particularly frustrated by the frothing wand. It is difficult to know when it is fully closed & on more than one occasion I have had “flooding” issues on my worktop which I find really frustrating & annoying. A shame."
