"I would love to give it a 5 star review, but unfortunately am still waiting for a new timer to come back in stock, so the toaster does not work. Is there a problem ? I’ve seen a few posts with people waiting on this part. What’s the hold up."

"After replacing the elements, as per instructions, I find that they do not have an even toasting on each side of the bread. If I increase the timing the toast has one side over done and the other side lightly toasted. Are the replacement elements not made to the same specification as the original when the toaster was bought new?"
