Nice panels shame the toaster doesn’t toast properly.

"Truly wish I hadn’t purchased this toaster, and wasted my money on buying these panels. Toaster has never worked properly from the day I bought it, phoned the company Dualit, and they gave me some lame excuse about heat transfer between the inside panels? On closer inspection it appears that some elements within the 4 toasting slots are not heating up properly. I am going to try one more time with this company, and if I don’t get the response I expect I will ask for my money back. I will never buy a Dualit product again…."
