- Wash, dry and finely chop the ginger and turmeric in the Hand Blender chopping bowl.
- Transfer into the 1L jug alongside the milk, mixed spice and honey, then blitz with the Hand Blender wand attachment.
- Pour into a pan and gently heat up.
- Using a fine mesh seive to strain, pour into into a heat proof glass or mug.
- Grate a little nutmeg on top, if desired.
Tip: Try swapping the honey for maple syrup for a different flavour.
