Cherry and Dark Chocolate Frozen Yoghurt

Create creamy homemade frozen yoghurt with this Cherry & Dark Chocolate recipe, made using the NEW Dualit Ice Cream Maker. This automatic ice cream machine makes it easy to prepare frozen yoghurt, gelato, sorbet and homemade ice cream with consistently smooth results.
Ingredients
450g plain yoghurt or cherry-flavoured yoghurt
1tbsp honey
1 Dualit Dark Chocolate Sachet (31g)
A handful of chopped glacé cherries or canned pitted cherries (optional)

Method
Pour the yoghurt into the ice cream machine bowl.
Add the honey to the yoghurt. Do not worry, the Ice Cream Maker will mix it in.
Set the Ice Cream Maker to the Ice Cream, Gelato, Sorbet function and mix until the desired consistency is reached.
Add the dark chocolate sachet towards the end of the cycle.

Top Tips: Pre-cool the Bowl using the Cooling function for 10 minutes before you add ingredients and select your required function. This will bring down the temperature of the Ice Cream Maker and speeds up the freezing process. Carry this out whilst you’re preparing your mixture, to save time.
