Balsamic Brussel Sprouts

The glaze of balsamic vinegar enhances the natural flavours of the sprouts, while the air-frying technique ensures a satisfyingly crisp exterior that gives way to a tender and flavourful interior.

Balsamic Brussel Sprouts

Air Fryer Setting: Manual

Temperature: 190°

Cooking Time: 15 minutes

                                                                                                                                

Ingredients:

  • 300g Brussel Sprouts (washed & trimmed)
  • 2 tbsp sweet balsamic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 500ml salted water

                                                                                                                                

Method:

  1. Microwave or boil the brussel sprouts for 5 minutes.
  2. Drain off the water and place them in a bowl.
  3. Pour over the balsamic, olive oil, salt and pepper and thoroughly mix so the sprouts are evenly coated.
  4. Place onto the Air Fryer Crisper Plate, on a manual setting of 190° for 15 minutes.
  5. Halfway through cooking, turn the brussel sprouts.
