A neat, cool way to drink gin. The flavours ripple languidly across the mouth, and the texture is velvety and pleasing
3 tbsp gin
2 tbsp whipping cream
1 tbsp lime juice, freshly squeezed
1 tsp triple sec
250ml (8 1/2 fl oz) cracked ice
2 tsp icing sugar
Measure all ingredients into the blender, and whizz until slushy. Serve in a tall glass, with a slice of lime.
