- Place the sweet potato in a saucepan and cover with cold water.
- Bring to the boil, then simmer briskly for about 15 minutes, or until soft enough to mash against the sides of the pan.
- Drain thoroughly, return to the heat for about a minute without the lid to steam out excess water. Leave to cool off for a minute or two.
- Using the Dualit 700W Hand Blader, add the butter and seasoning to the saucepan.
- Serve immediately.

Tips...
- Make your mash vegan by using a dairy free butter.
- For an extra twist, add herbs and spices to your mash just before blending. We love cumin, but you can use whatever you prefer.
