Pick your favourite Dualit coffee capsule for this recipe - use two capsules to create a double shot.

Method
  1. Place the milk, ice-cream and coffee in a blender and whizz until all are combined and a dense foam is formed on top.
  2. Pour into a tall glass, and dust the surface with cocoa or drinking chocolate.
