A dip is great to share at a party and takes the edge off hunger. For a lighter option, serve with raw vegetables sliced using the adjustable slicing disc and chipping disc.
1-2 table spoons Crème fraiche
1 small tub cream cheese
3 spring onions
2-3 springs fresh mint
Chop the spring onions in the small or medium bowl fitted with
its chopping blade.
Add the cream cheese, crème fraiche and mint.
Whiz until the mint leaves are lovely flecks of green.
Serve immediately with a drizzle of honey and a sprinkling of paprika.
