Cranberry Relish

A fresh and zesty cranberry relish - the perfect accompaniment to your Christmas dinner!

We've made this vibrant cranberry relish with ripe cranberries, freshly squeezed orange juice and the Dualit 700W Hand Blender!

Ingredients
  • 250g of washed, fresh cranberries
  • 1 tbsp sugar (white or brown)
  • 1 small red onion
  • 100ml of freshly squeezed orange juice (or 1 large orange)

Method
  1.  Add all the ingredients into the Dualit 700W Hand Blender chopping bowl attachment.
  2. Pulse until you have reached your desired consistency.
  3. Heat your Cranberry Relish in a small saucepan until the onion has cooked through, your relish has thickened slightly and the flavours are well combined. Once done, allow your relish to cool.
  4. Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freeze in bags until ready for use.
