Zesty orange meets warming spices, washed down with vodka and vermouth - it's a drink that's certainly not for the fainthearted.
1. Use our 'Mince Pie Ice Cream' Recipe to make a Mince Pie Sugar Syrup (step 1)
2. Place all the ingredients apart from the orange zest into a beaker. Cover the top of the beaker and shake well.
3. Pour into a cocktail glass and carefully zest the orange rind so it lays on the top of the cocktail.
4. Drink immediately!
