Traditionally enjoyed at breakfast, the perfect cappuccino is a
single shot of espresso, 1/3 heated milk and 1/3 foam.
- Espresso Coffee
- Approx. 150ml Milk
- Cocoa Powder for decoration (optional)
- Foam milk according to directions provided with your coffee
machine. Your frothing jug should be no more than 1/3 full.
- Make your espresso using pre-warmed cups. Dualit's 3 in 1
Coffee Machines allow you to choose your favourite from ground
Coffee Capsules, Origins Cafe Coffee Capsules or ESE Pods.
- Pour the steamed milk over the espresso shots, topping off with
the foam until you get the cappuccino ratio: equal parts of coffee,
milk and foam.
Cut out a heart-shape in a piece of card, and use this as a
stencil to sprinkle a cocoa powder design.
