This is a popular as a breakfast smoothie in Brazil, where it is
known as Vitamina de Abacate.This can be made in the Hand Blender using the blending
wand and mixing jug or in the Dualit
- 1 Avocado
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp honey
- Halve the avocado, remove skin and de-stone.
- Place in the blender with the almond milk and honey and blend
until a smooth consistency is reached.
- Pour over ice and add more honey if desied.
Tip: Add a chopped banana or pear to add to the taste and raise
the vitamin content.
