"The new screw we ordered came with a new shower head which we didn’t need and may be useful if the screw fit the hole in the first place. It was longer and had a completely different thread to the old one. In the end. We found a too long screw in the junk drawer and cut the end off. It works a treat. Should have done this in the first place!"
