Refurbished Studio Kettle

"I regret buying a refurbished product as it would seem that such items as the heating element cannot be renewed. I purchased the Studio to replace a Domus model which was only bought in July 2021. The reason for this was because the start switch failed to hold. The paperwork supplied did not indicate that this could be repaired. The process for removing and replacing the filter on the Studio is very awkward - much better design on the Domus. I paid exactly the same price for the Domus in 2021 as you are selling them now and this seems to me to be high for a product that is only going to last for 4 years."

Style meets functionality

"If you buy anything from Dualit you know you are buying a stylish product. This kettle is a beauty. Every part of it, handle, spout, lid, base has been designed not only for a sleek appearance but for functionality too. Some of my bugbears with previous kettles are: stiff lid, difficult to pick up, pours erratically and not being able to see how full it is. These issues just don’t exist on the Studio kettle. It is light weight with a good shaped, comfortable handle, the catch on the lid makes it really easy to open, the spout gives a perfect pour and the window on the side makes it easy to see how much water you have remaining - you’re not going to attempt to boil a dry kettle. There’s a stylish base too plus a really positive switch lever with a red light to tell you when it’s on. Oh, and let’s not forget the filter. Great design and easy to remove. As you can guess, I’m very happy with my new kettle. (It’s refurbished- but you'd never know - so I’m calling it new!)"

"Didn't know Dualit refurbished their products until I received an email from them.
