We offer certain spare parts for the majority of our products. In the unlikely event that you need a spare part, you'll find a selection of spares for your product in our support section.

Please expect a delay in deliveries over the Black Friday offer period. With orders placed by 2pm Monday to Thursday or 12pm on Fridays for standard stocked items, the order will be shipped (leave our warehouse) on the same day. Orders placed after these times will be shipped on the next working day. If an order includes a 'made to order' item, the entire order will be shipped when complete; this may take up to 21 working days. Dualit's working days are Monday to Friday.

All Dualit appliances, bought directly from us, come with a hassle-free domestic, one-year guarantee period. If replacement parts are fitted to the product this will not extend the period of the guarantee. The guarantee covers both parts and labour but carriage is not included.

The Domus Toaster holds large slices of bread up to 14cm long, including 'toastie' style loaves. Placed sideways in the slots, you can be reassured that your toast will be golden brown right up to the edges! Every aspect has been meticulously designed and engineered down to the smallest detail, from the ergonomic, embedded lever and soft-touch illuminated buttons to the easy to use browning control. Use the bagel setting to toast one side whilst warming the other and the defrost setting to toast straight from the freezer. A Domus Kettle is also available to buy for the perfect matching set.

As larger loaves are now widely available, The Domus Toaster features large slots. The slots will hold large slices of bread up to 14cm long, including 'toastie' style loaves, when inserted sideways.

Patented Peek & Pop®

Make burnt toast a thing of the past! Lift the bread with the eject lever to check how toasted it is and then drop it back down, without interrupting the toasting cycle and giving a greater browning control.

Toaster good but….

"Toaster was purchased as a gift however was sent out without any protective covering round the box I. e. recyclable plastic cover or cardboard slip. This meant that when the toaster was received the box was torn, badly dented, squashed corners and covered in shipping labels, postage info and long black scribbled pen marks. Really was something that fell off the back of a lorry. I appreciate that this is a cost saving exercise but thought should be given to end use. The customer service team were helpful and shipped out an empty replacement box, very well packaged!"

Good looks and quality.

"I’ve gone from a 4 slice toaster to this 2 slice toaster. I notice the difference. It toasts very well with smooth controls and is obviously very well made. The slots are a good width, but I would like to see slightly longer slots, even just an inch extra, because I often buy bread that is not a standard shape and size and have to cut the slices into smaller pieces. Other than that, very happy with it."
