Strength

Please expect a delay in deliveries over the Black Friday offer period. With orders placed by 2pm Monday to Thursday or 12pm on Fridays for standard stocked items, the order will be shipped (leave our warehouse) on the same day. Orders placed after these times will be shipped on the next working day. If an order includes a 'made to order' item, the entire order will be shipped when complete; this may take up to 21 working days. Dualit's working days are Monday to Friday.

Industrially compostable; pop the used Coffee Bag into your food waste bin and let your authorised council collection scheme do the rest. The material will be broken down in approximately 90 days using natural heat to become compost.

Non-compostable envelopes

"What is the point of a compostable bag individually wrapped in plastic? The Real Coffee Bag Company, now apparently defunct, used to send them loose in one bag. Home recycling does not recycle soft plastic. Bins for carrier bags at supermarkets are usually full of other rubbish from careless customers. I have not yet tried the actual coffee as this was bought for travel into places where decaf coffee is unknown. And where soft plastic is definitely not recyclable. I will have to let them out before travelling and seek out a suitable bin. More work on single-use plastics would be a good idea."
