All Dualit appliances, bought directly from us, come with a hassle-free domestic, one-year guarantee period. If replacement parts are fitted to the product this will not extend the period of the guarantee. The guarantee covers both parts and labour but carriage is not included.

Please expect a delay in deliveries over the Black Friday offer period. With orders placed by 2pm Monday to Thursday or 12pm on Fridays for standard stocked items, the order will be shipped (leave our warehouse) on the same day. Orders placed after these times will be shipped on the next working day. If an order includes a 'made to order' item, the entire order will be shipped when complete; this may take up to 21 working days. Dualit's working days are Monday to Friday.

We offer certain spare parts for the majority of our products. In the unlikely event that you need a spare part, you'll find a selection of spares for your product in our support section.

"I have had this kettle for a few years but now it keeps turning itself off. The reason I bought the classic kettle was because Dualit stated that it was built to last. My previous kettle was a cheap supermarket brand and I have had to get it out of storage. It still works! I would not recommend Dualit to buyers."

"A good kettle but very disappointed with the reliability of this classic dualit kettle. It was just out of guarantee when the switch went. Decided to return it to Dualit for repair as new ones are £150 plus. Postage back cost £13 and repair cost £60. It appears that Dualit do not extend the original guarentee - even on their newly fitted parts which doesn’t say much for their confidence in their spares. It appears the switch has failed in quite a few of these kettles judging by reviews. A shame because alternative quality makes don’t have switch problems."

Unfortunately, that previous kettle lasted only a few months before I was required to send it back to the manufacturer for a replacement. In stark contrast, my experience with the Dualit kettle has been entirely different. The build quality is outstanding, providing a sense of durability and reliability that was lacking in my former appliance. Performance and Design The kettle boils water rapidly and operate with much less noise than any other kettle I have owned over the past forty-four years.
