We offer certain spare parts for the majority of our products. In the unlikely event that you need a spare part, you'll find a selection of spares for your product in our support section.

Please expect a delay in deliveries over the Black Friday offer period. With orders placed by 2pm Monday to Thursday or 12pm on Fridays for standard stocked items, the order will be shipped (leave our warehouse) on the same day. Orders placed after these times will be shipped on the next working day. If an order includes a 'made to order' item, the entire order will be shipped when complete; this may take up to 21 working days. Dualit's working days are Monday to Friday.

All Dualit appliances, bought directly from us, come with a hassle-free domestic, one-year guarantee period. If replacement parts are fitted to the product this will not extend the period of the guarantee. The guarantee covers both parts and labour but carriage is not included.

This compact yet elegant tea and coffee pod machine heats up in just 40 seconds and turns off after 10 minutes of inactivity to reduce energy consumption. Featuring precise dosing control, for the perfect measure of espresso, Americano or tea, with a temperature boost for a hotter cup of tea. The programmable dosing memory allows you to alter the extraction; great for tea drinkers and especially useful if you want to fill a favourite cup.

A little disapointed.

"Bought the machine to replace a Nespresso by Krups which my daughter has taken to Uni. In terms of coffee production this machine doesn't provide the smooth finish on top of the coffee that the Krups machine does, the lungo setting either isn't working correctly or Dualit machine measure is short. In terms of practicality pods have a propensity to drop straight through and the cup stand can't be removed like you can with the Krups machine so if using a mug you have to make your coffee then transfer. Bought the Dualit as I use their pods and was expecting a better experience but its early days so hopefully the lungo function will will sort itself out and the little bit of faffing to make a mug of coffee will become the norm."
