With orders placed by 2pm Monday to Thursday or 12pm on Fridays for standard stocked items, the order will be shipped (leave our warehouse) on the same day. Orders placed after these times will be shipped on the next working day. If an order includes a 'made to order' item, the entire order will be shipped when complete; this may take up to 21 working days. Dualit's working days are Monday to Friday.

"Price and brand gave the impression that we’d enjoy something that would show marked improvement relative to toasters less than half the price…. but we’ve been disappointed. Looks great and toasts evenly but timer is loud, slots not very wide, does quite cover a supermarket slice (top to bottom) and lift function isn’t quite high enough for those smaller items (crumpets, etc) Would probably return if that was an option as too much to pay."

Very happy with my refurbished toaster

"My refurbished toaster is fabulous. It came packaged in a Dualit box and looks brand new. This is my 4th toaster. I gave my previous ones to my children as they were moving home and these toasters are pure work horses. I love the upgrade to this one; the bagel function and the ability to toast a single slice. The pop up function is lovely to have too although this is standard across the range. The elements heat up quickly and you can have toast in no time at all. Very happy with my purchase."

As new for less. . .

"Bought a refurbished 4 slice toaster direct from Dualit. Although the packaging was obviously previously opened the toaster looks brand new and unused, works perfectly and will no doubt be the last toaster I buy. I might need to replace some parts in the far future but at least I know this is always possible with Dualit, a toaster for life!"
