Reviews

Excellent kitchen Appliance

"Very pleased with our new toaster, it is small and takes up less space on the counter. The settings are more precise and consistent,. The peek a boo facility has helped reduce the amount of bread that is over toasted, Overall vey happy with this product."

— Colin M. (5/5)

Dualit Wide Top Toaster

"I love my toaster. Myfirst requirement was wide top and then a toaster that would toast both sides. Then i saw one at a friend's house, the stainless steel one with cages and that was it. I was having a Dualit and there has been no looking back. I know it will do the job every time and it is beautiful and sturdy."

— Stavroulla N. (5/5)

Toaster not nearly the quality

"Toaster not nearly the quality of my old Dualit silver one. Can’t seem to get it to toast evenly or to do both sides. I know there is a bagel setting but my toaster doesn’t seem to know! Also the timer doesn’t work, just doesn’t time anything or click each second just remains stationary. Very disappointed with this purchase."

— Hilary W. (1/5)

Great compact toaster

"This toaster is smaller and more compact than the last Dualit we had, but has wider slice holders which is great. We love the design as well."

— Jo G. (5/5)

I love it and should

"I love it and should have brought one years ago and to think they are made in Sussex and lived there for years."

— Angela K. (5/5)

Poor quality DO NOT BUY!

"We have had a classic Dualit toaster for 20 years which was still going strong. I decided to purchase a lite toaster from John Lewis to match my new Dualit kettle. Our toaster had minimal use as we only have toast occasionally but after 2 years the lever broke . We were told by your customer service department that it is not repairable and we were just offered a new toaster with a discount. If this were a cheap supermarket toaster then I would have accepted this but for a toaster costing over £90 this is totally unacceptable! Have informed the Consumers Association as this is a breach of trading standards. You are marketing a product that is not fit for purpose."

— Janet H. (1/5)

Two slice toaster and litre kettle

"I love my new one litre kettle and two slice toaster from Dualit they are just the right size for my small kitchen thank you for quick delivery"

— Patricia S. (5/5)

Superfast

"This is the best toaster Dualit make. This replaced the same model which did almost 11 years of service, used on a daily basis. I call that good value for money."

— Pauline K. (5/5)

Truly excellent toaster

"I've had many toasters over the years, but finally decided to go to the extra expense and buy a Dualit. Chose the Lite as it's compact. The difference is remarkable and its quality supurb! Can't believe I've been putting up with cheap inferior machines all my life. I now get perfect toast every time and it's so quick. The bagel setting is brilliant. So happy with my purchase and would highly recommend. Thank you Dualit!"

— Michelle K. (5/5)

Toaster is cheaply made inside

"Disappointed as we spent time and extra money on a supposedly a long lasting toaster. More expensive, and looks solid but turns out this one lasted the same or less than previous models and when opened up to find the problem there was a really cheap looking catch which had broken and no possibility to replace. Looks good and solid but not!"
