Breakfast Smoothie

Start the day with a delicious breakfast smoothie packed full of goodness! The oats will give you a slow release of energy throughout the morning and keep you fuller for longer.

This recipe is great to use up any leftover ingredients you might have laying around. It works with any seeds or fruits and the water can be substituted with yoghurt, coconut water or any type of milk.

Method
  1. Place the oats and chia seeds in the Hand Blender jug with the water and leave for at least 10 minutes to soften. If you want a super soft texture, leave this mix in your fridge overnight.
  2. Add the rest of ingredients to the Hand Blender jug and blend with the blending wand until you have your desired consistency.
  3. Serve and enjoy straight away.
