We offer certain spare parts for the majority of our products. In the unlikely event that you need a spare part, you'll find a selection of spares for your product in our support section.

Please expect a delay in deliveries over the Black Friday offer period. With orders placed by 2pm Monday to Thursday or 12pm on Fridays for standard stocked items, the order will be shipped (leave our warehouse) on the same day. Orders placed after these times will be shipped on the next working day. If an order includes a 'made to order' item, the entire order will be shipped when complete; this may take up to 21 working days. Dualit's working days are Monday to Friday.

All Dualit appliances, bought directly from us, come with a hassle-free domestic, one-year guarantee period. If replacement parts are fitted to the product this will not extend the period of the guarantee. The guarantee covers both parts and labour but carriage is not included.

"Great looking hand mixer HOWEVER when in use, the metal whisk part flew out- it had worked itself lose and the plastic it was held into inside the mixer had been completely wrecked so would not hold the part anymore - less than 2 years old but no longer in warranty- gutted"

"The beaters wear out the plastic that it clicks into so they only last a year. Cheaper models are better lasting - but its a great mixer when it works"

pleasing design

"It has plenty of oomph but the control button is not as positive as my last one. My last Dulit blender, lasted about 30 years and the motor still works but the handle has come apart. I have been so impressed with that one, I chose to stick with the same manufacturer. If the new one does as well it could well be a five star. Also this cannot come apart."

Good but could be better

"Wonderful hand-whisker. It worked brilliantly for approximately 2-3 years. Then one day I could not get the cord back in, at the back so the cord could not be stored inside. Then not long after it simply stopped working. I used it for only making whipped cream and only the same place in my kitchen. So while it was brilliant for a couple of years, I was disappointed with the two respective issues I experienced and am a little reluctant to buy a new one due to these issues. I have the Dualit classic toaster since 2008 and a Dualit water kettle also since 2008."
