Vegan Matcha Latte

The creamy vegan matcha latte is a great coffee alternative for anyone trying to cut down on cows milk. Our favourite milks to use are coconut or oat, but you can choose your favourite alternative! Made in Dualit’s Handheld Milk Frother, this recipe makes a café-style latte.

Vegan Matcha Latte

Ingredients

  • 250ml oat/coconut milk 
  • 1 tsp honey/agave (optional)
  • 2 tsp hot water
  • 1 tsp matcha powder

Method

  1. Place the honey, if using, and 2 teaspoons of hot water in a tall latte glass (the hot water is to loosen the honey).
  1. Pour milk into frother and add 1tsp matcha powder. Allow to froth and pour into the glass over the honey.
