Tuna & Sweetcorn Fishcakes

With just a couple of tins and some potatoes, you can whip up some nutritious fishcakes for lunch or dinner in just 15 minutes.

Tuna & Sweetcorn Fishcakes

Serves: 4 fishcakes

Cooking Time: 15 minutes


Using Dualit's Hand Blender, our in-store demonstrator has created this tasty yet simple recipe with just a few key ingredients.


  1. Peel and boil the potatoes for 20-25 minutes until cooked
  2. Chop the onions and parsley
  3. Add drained tuna and sweetcorn and mix thoroughly
  4. Mash the boiled potatoes
  5. Add the tuna & sweetcorn mix to cold mashed potatoes
  6. Season with salt & black pepper
  7. Shape into four fishcakes
  8. Coat the fishcakes with egg and breadcrumbs
  9. Bake on a tray for 15 minutes at 180°C
