A fruity rum cocktail ideal for the poolside or terrace.

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp pineapple juice
  • 3 tbsp orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • 3 tbsp dark rum
  • 1/2 lemon, freshly squeezed
  • 15ml 1 tbsp Grenadine
  • 1/2 ripe banana, cut into chunks

Method

Measure all ingredients into the blender jar, and blend until smooth.

Serve in tall glasses with ice.
