Using frozen berries is a quick and easy way to make delicious raspberry ice cream at home.

Blend the ingredients together in your Dualit Vortec Blender for an instant frozen dessert, or use the Dualit Ice Cream Maker for an even smoother, creamier textured homemade ice cream that’s ready in around 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 200g frozen raspberries
  • 250ml double cream
  • 1 dssp icing sugar

Method

  1. Process all of the ingredients together in the Food Processor's large bowl fitted with its chopping blade for approx 20/30seconds.
  2. Serve immediately, or place in a container in the freezer until required.
  3. Alternatively, for a smoother, scoopable ice cream, pour the blended mixture into the Dualit Ice Cream Maker machine and select the Ice Cream programme. The machine churns and freezes the mixture automatically in around 30 minutes.
