- Using your preferred coffee, brew one shot of espresso to fill approximately 1/3 of your mug.
- Whilst still hot, add the drinking chocolate to the espresso and stir until smooth.
- With the milk in your milk jug, position the head of the froth nozzle to just under the surface of the milk. Steam until you reach a good-quality froth on top and the jug feels hot to the touch.
- Carefully pour the steamed, frothed milk into the chocolate espresso mix.
- Lightly dust with cocoa powder to serve and enjoy.
