- Begin by rinsing all of your fruit, then pat dry.
- Place all the ingredients into a large saucepan and simmer on a low heat.
- Use a wooden spoon to gently mash some of the fruit, keeping the majority whole.
- Continue to simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from the heat and allow to cool a little then serve warm drizzled over vanilla ice cream, custard or natural set yoghurt.
