This zesty smoothie from our friends at Higgidy is a great pick-me-up and each ingredient is packed with vitamins and nutrients. Made in minutes in the Dualit Blender.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 a large banana, chopped
  • Handful of pineapple, chopped
  • Handful of mango, chopped
  • 1 orange, peeled
  • 3 tbsp almond milk
  • Chia seeds, to finish

Method

  1. Place the fruit and almond milk into your blender and blend until a smooth consistency is reached.
  2. Pour into a glass and stir in a sprinkle of chia seeds, for added nutrition.
