Make this shake during Wimbledon: it's almost as good as strawberries and cream.

Ingredients

  • 200g (7 oz) ripe strawberries, hulled
  • 180ml (6 fl oz) milk
  • 3 scoops vanilla ice-cream

__________________________________________________________________

Method
Place the strawberries and the milk in the jar of the blender, and whizz until smooth and uniform in colour. Now add the ice-cream and blend until the texture is light, creamy and frothy.

Serve immediately in a tall glass.
