- Preheat the oven to 160°C Fan / 350°F / Gas 4. Line a 20x20cm square tin with non-stick baking paper.
- Measure the butter and chocolate into a bowl. Put the bowl over a pan of boiling water until melted.
- In a bowl, mix together the eggs, caster sugar and pinch of salt. For ease, use the Dualit Hand Mixer with flat beater attachments.
- Add the melted butter and chocolate and whisk again. Add the plain flour and stir until smooth.
- Spoon into the tin and level the top. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes.
- Break the chocolate bars and eggs into pieces. Scatter over the top and gently press down. Put back into the oven for 5 minutes to melt slightly.
- Cool and slice into squares. Enjoy!Â
