Clean Out Your Fridge Recipes

With the festive season fast approaching, now is a good time to make space for all the Christmas food shopping by ridding all the unnecessary foods you've got sat in your fridge which are coming to the end of their lives. At Dualit, we love using this as a chance to get creative in the kitchen! Using your cupboard staples, fridge and freezer leftovers or bits that you've purchased but haven't decided what to do with. Check out our recipes below for some of our favourite meals and snacks, all of which are easy to adapt to fit in with your own favourite flavours.

Clean Out Your Fridge Recipes
Shepherd's Pie

A classic warming meal for winter evenings, easy to throw together yet tastes divine. We've used lamb mince, however you can amend this to beef or a vegetarian alternative.

Winter Garden Vegetable Soup

Packed full of goodness, this vegetable soup is perfect for lunch or dinner. You don't need to use the exact same ingredients to create your own version, however we always recommend an artisan loaf of bread for dipping!
