Cannellini Bean Soup

Enjoy our soup on a chilly winter evening or as a nourishing bowl of goodness any time of the year, cannellini bean soup never fails to warm the heart and please the palate.

Cannellini Bean Soup

Serves: 2

Products used: Hand Blender, VortecS Blender



  • 1 can Cannellini beans
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 sprig of fresh rosemary
  • 25g soup pasta
  • 600ml vegetable stock
  • 1 tbsp olive oil & extra to drizzle
  • Parmesan cheese (optional)



  1. Finely slice the garlic, or add to the Hand Blender chopping bowl to chop.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan then add the chopped garlic and rosemary and fry until just golden. Set aside. 
  3. Pour the vegetable stock in pan and bring to the boil. Add the pasta and cook as instructed.
  4. While the pasta is cooking, rinse the cannellini beans and put half into the VortecS Blender jar. Add a little stock from the pan to loosen and blend completely.
  5. When the pasta is cooked, add the whole cannellini beans, blended beans and the garlic oil with rosemary. Heat through, adding seasonings if needed.
  6. Serve with drizzle of oil and a grating of vegan parmesan if desired.
