With cantaloupe melon, pears, strawberries and celery, this smoothie packs a nutrition filled punch!

Both cantaloupe melon and strawberries are rich in Vitamin C, supporting a healthy immune system, whilst pears are a fibre powerhouse. Blitzed together using the Dualit 700W Hand Blender, this smoothie offers a wide range of vitamins and minerals to help you feel your best!

Ingredients
  • 1 Medium Pear (washed, stalk removed, skin on)
  • 1/3 - 1/2 Cantaloupe Melon (pips and skin removed, flesh only)
  • 1 Stick of Celery
  • 1/3 - 1/2 Ripe Avocado
  • 500ml Apple Juice
  • Juice of Half a Lime
  • 4 Strawberries

Method:
  1. Place all the ingredients into the Chopping Bowl Attachment of the Dualit 700W Hand Blender, cutting all the fruit and vegetables into equal sized pieces.
  2. Add the chopped ingredients into the large beaker attachment of the Dualit 700W Hand Blender, pour in the apple juice, and then use the Blender Shaft to blend the smoothie until smooth.
  3. Drink immediately and enjoy!

  • Coconut water or water can be used in place of apple juice.
