Yorkshire Puddings

Dualit's delicate, crispy Yorkshire Puddings rise exceptionally well when you follow the steps in our simple recipe.

Yorkshire Puddings

This batter was made using the Dualit Hand Mixer. Check out the top tip for an easy way to turn your yorkshire puddings into mini toad in the holes.


  1. Preheat oven to 160°C/140°C fan assisted.
  2. Add the oil into a muffin tin and place in the hot oven. This helps the Yorkshires rise exceptionally well.
  3. Place the eggs, milk, flour and salt into a large bowl and mix until a smooth, loose consistency.
  4. Once completely combined pour in the sparkling water and stir.
  5. Remove the tin from the oven and immediately pour in the batter, the mixture will sizzle.
  6. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.


Top tip:

For mini toad in the holes, follow the same method but place half a cooked sausage in the tin first before pouring over the batter.
