Have you registered your appliance?

Registering your appliance is a precautionary measure to keep your home safe in the unlikely event that a safety notification is issued, so that the manufacturer can contact you quickly.

Have you registered your appliance?

There are three ways in which you can register your Dualit appliance, it is a simple process that only takes a couple of minutes:

  • Complete your details online by following this link: www.dualit.com/register
  • Fill in the orange and white A5 card that can be found inside the box your product was sold in and send it back to us
  • Call the Customer Services on 01293 652500 (option 1) who will be happy to help 

You will need to provide the model number and serial number of your appliance, usually found on a label on the bottom of the product together with your name, address, email and contact telephone number.

Other brands can be registered too

Whilst looking over your Dualit products, it is also a great time to remind yourself of all the other appliances you have in your home and register those too. Did you know that you can register appliances up to twelve years old and it could be one you have purchased second hand?

Visit the Register My Appliance website at www.registermyappliance.org.uk. Take a look around your kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom and see what you have that might still need protecting.

Product registration is quick and easy and recognised as a critical home safety precaution by Office of Product of Safety and Standards, the Home Office, Fire and Rescue services nationwide, consumer groups and many others.

Registering your appliance should not to be confused with your guarantee. Your guarantee is your proof of purchase. This will either be a paper receipt or email.
